Bio

Joseph Bilotta was born in the Bronx, and attended Fordham Prep and Fordham University. After graduating from law school, he worked at a litigation firm on Park Avenue in Manhattan handling personal injury, criminal, complex civil and business litigation, family law, trials and appeals in state and federal court, plus CFTC and NASDAQ arbitrations. After moving to Florida, Joe became a prosecutor at the Broward County State Attorney’s Office where he was responsible for trying hundreds of felony cases. He returned to private practice, became a partner, and specialized in auto accidents, premises liability, worker’s compensation, social security disability, and Fair Labor Standards Act cases.
 

Overview

His trial accomplishments include Cooper V. Winn Dixie which resulted in the largest slip and fall jury verdict in Palm Beach County with no comparative negligence, as well as several other multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Joe has achieved and retained the highest rating, “AV”, by Martindale-Hubbell, which is an independent lawyer rating publication based upon peer review. He has also been recognized by his peers as being a “Super Lawyer” and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates. Professional Education and Qualifications 1986 Fordham University—B.S.
