Winn Dixie which resulted in the largest slip and fall jury verdict in Palm Beach County with no comparative negligence, as well as several other multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Joe has achieved and retained the highest rating, “AV”, by Martindale-Hubbell, which is an independent lawyer rating publication based upon peer review.
